Ab heute veröffentlichen wir jede Woche zwei Artikel über Bands aus dem diesjährigen Line-up. Los geht es mit der Vorstellung von Voodoo Beach, wahrscheinlich eure neue Lieblingsbands aus Berlin, gegründet von John, Phine, Ignacy und der ehemaligen The Mokkers-Sängerin Vivi. Sie eröffnen den zweiten Festivaltag mit einem spannenden Mix aus Psych, Blues und Garage Rock sowie aus englischen und deutschen Songtexten. Wir sprachen mit ihnen über die Entstehung der Band und über die Herausforderung in der Muttersprache Deutsch zu singen.

From now, we will dedicate two articles a week to the line-up of the 5th Fever Creek Festival. Let’s start with the introduction of Voodoo Beach, probably your new favourite band from Berlin, formed by John, Phine, Ignacy and former Mokkers singer Vivi. They will open the 2nd festival day with an exciting mix of Psych, Blues and Garage Rock, combining lyrics in English and their mother tongue German. We talked to them about how they met and about the challenges of writing songs in German.
